Only tools in 20 or more repos. Hooks, subagents and commands are left out: many unrelated people pick the same names. When a tool shows up next to one already listed in 90% or more of its repos, it came in the same pack, so it is folded into that line. Gains count repos, not people: one person with ten repos counts ten times. A census that is still being built also finds old repos late, so a gain here means repos changed in these days, not that we just found them. Numbers in JSON.
